Eligibility Criteria
Ensure you meet all the requirements before filling out the application form.
- Educational Qualification:
- For Telecom Stream (95 posts): Full-time BE/B.Tech or equivalent engineering degree with a minimum of 60% marks. Eligible disciplines include Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical, or Instrumentation.
- For Finance Stream (25 posts): Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA).
- Age Limit (as on 07-03-2026)
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age (UR/EWS): 30 years
- Age Relaxation: Applicable as per government rules (OBC (NCL): 33 years, SC/ST: 35 years, PwBD: up to 40-45 years depending on category).

Salary, Bond & Selection Process
- Salary and Bond
- Pay Scale: IDA E-3 scale of Rs. 24,900 – 50,500/- (pre-revised).
- Estimated In-Hand Salary: Approximately Rs. 78,000 – 80,000 per month.
- Service Bond: Selected candidates must sign a bond of Rs. 9 Lakhs to serve BSNL for a minimum of 5 years.

- Computer Based Test (CBT): 200 objective-type questions (40 Aptitude + 160 Technical) for 200 marks in 180 minutes. There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
